Koczór Winery and Hospitality
The love of vineyards and wine is a family heritage. The Koczór family has been cultivating vineyards since 1815 on the slopes of Dér Hill in Pécsény, located approximately 8 km northwest of Balatonfüred.
Today, we manage 25 hectares of vineyards, which are located on the picturesque hillside of Balatonfüred, Pécsely, Vászoly, belonging to the Balatonfüred-Csapod Borvidék (Wine Region). The hills provide protection, and the warm sunlight, along with the proximity to Lake Balaton, ensures that the grapes grown with diligent labor ripen by autumn.
We feel it is our duty to preserve and pass on the traditions of viticulture and winemaking, which have been handed down from generation to generation in our family, alongside the application of modern technologies. As a result our wines are characterized by their unique taste, aroma, and flavor profile, reflecting their own personality.
