My name is Maria Carlotta Pocaterra, but everyone calls me Carly, and I’m the founder of LaCarly Events, a bespoke destination wedding planning agency based in Italy.

I specialize in designing and coordinating unique weddings for couples from all over the world who dream of saying “I do” in the most beautiful corners of Italy, from Tuscany to the wonderful Sicily, from the rolling hills of Emilia-Romagna to charming vineyards, seaside villages, and historic villas.

Every love story is different, and so is every wedding I plan. I only take on a limited number of events per year to ensure each couple receives my full attention and care. Together with my multilingual team, I provide tailored support throughout the entire journey, from the first idea to the last dance.
