I have been a photographer since 1997, started to photograph with a Nikon f100. Since 2004 I have made the leap from analog to digital. I love to photograph in order to allow my mind and my memories to stop for a few moments...
An instant moment of “clicks”. I photograph what others cannot see with their minds. I prefer the heart to technique. I want to excite, I want everything to stop in my mind for a moment.
I never wondered why I took pictures. Actually, my desperate battle is against the idea that we are all destined to disappear. I am determined to keep time from flowing. It is pure madness.
Equipment and technique are just the beginning. It's the photographer that counts more than anything.
